Feathered scarf

Para el outfit de hoy os propongo un mix de colores vibrantes: verde y rosa. Quizás son dos colores que jamás os habíais atrevido a combinar, pero me resulta muy divertido hacer mezclas extrañas porque, de vez en cuando, salen cosas interesantes. ¿qué pensáis? ¿os encanta? ¿os horroriza? Today I wanted to propose a mix of two vibrant colours: green and pink. Perhaps they´re two colours that you would never dare to combine, but I find it very funny to do strange mix of colours because, occasionally, interesting things happen. What do you think? Blooming yellow

Las faldas de piel son súper fáciles de combinar. Personalmente no me convencen demasiado con medias, así que aprovecho la temporada de primavera y alguna que otra noche de verano para llevarla sin medias. Esta que llevo hoy, al ser de imitación, es elástica y muy cómoda y fresquita. Queda genial con camisas, pero también queda estupenda con camisetas básicas, mi opción preferida.

Leather skirts are super easy to combine. They don´t convince me with tights personally, so I take advantage of Spring season and occasional summer nights to wear it without tights. This one I show you today is a leather imitation and it´s really elastic and very comfortable. It looks great with shirts, but also is great with basic tees, my preferred option.

Lace dress

Un básico del verano que todas tenemos (o deberíamos tener) en el armario es sin duda un vestido blanco. Nos puede sacar de muchos apuros, tanto para salir a tomar algo por la tarde-noche como para pasear por la ciudad a pleno sol. Todo depende de los complementos que usemos. Yo en este caso, al ser un look de día, lo combiné con sombrero para darle un aire más playero y menos sofisticado al encaje. A basic of Summer that we all have (or should have) in our closet is, without a doubt, a white dress. They are a real life saver, both to go out for a party in the evening or to go for a walk around the city. It all depends on the accessories we use. In this case, being a daytime look, I combined it with a hat for a beach look, one less sophisticated. Happy week!

Cobalt

Llevo un tiempo queriendo hacerme con un mono, pero nunca me han convencido los modelos que veía, tanto en tiendas como en la web. Sí que  me convencían en otras chicas, pero en mí no. Hasta que vi este en Zara. Sabéis que me encanta el azul cobalto y desde que lo vi supe que era éste o ninguno. Estaba deseando estrenarlo y el buen tiempo me ha dado la excusa perfecta. No sólo tiene un color favorecedor, sino que además es una prenda cómoda. La caída y el peso del tejido es perfecto para las altas temperaturas y ya tengo mil ideas para combinarlo que os iré enseñando en el blog. De momento os traigo esta combinación, con collar de estilo étnico y bolitas de madera y clutch metalizado. Espero que os guste! 

I´ve wanted a jumpsuit for a long time, but those I saw in stores or on the Web didn´t convince me. They seem OK on other girls, but not on me. Until I saw this one at Zara. You probably know by now that I love cobalt blue and I knew when I saw it that it´ll be this one or any. Good weather has given me the perfect excuse to wear it. Not only has a becoming colour, but it also is a comfortable garment. The hang and the weight of the fabric is perfect for high temperatures and I have a thousand ideas to combine it that I´ll be showing you on the blog. For now, I show you this combination, with an ethnic necklace and metallic clutch. Hope you like it!

Palm print

No hay mejor manera de empezar el buen tiempo que luciendo alguna prenda con estampado tropical. Esta falda me enamoró desde la primera vez que la vi. La verdad es que este tipo de estampados parece complicado de combinar a simple vista, pero yo le veo muchísimas posibilidades y os las iré enseñando por el blog. There´s no better way to start Summer that wearing tropical print. I fell in love with this skirt at first sight. When in doubt wear RED

Cuando no me siento muy inspirada para crear outfits que mezclen estampados o colores demasiado vibrantes, siempre utilizo la misma técnica. Elijo un color llamativo para alguna de las prendas del outfit y los demás elementos en colores neutros. Y no me como más la cabeza.

When I´m not very inspired to create outfits that mix prints or too jazzy colours, I always use the same technique. I choose a flashy colour for some of the garments of the outfit and the other elements in neutral colours. And I don´t think about it too much.
